When you submit the quote form, we collect the information you provide (name, company, email, project details). It is used only to answer your request and follow up on your project. We do not sell it. Quote requests are stored in Lovable Cloud, which uses Supabase database services. Lovable's managed email service processes the request details to send a notification to Bernard Forever. Our receiving email service also processes that notification. Website hosting and photo delivery use Cloudflare infrastructure through Lovable. EPS-Doublet receives project information when necessary for US logistics and fulfillment.

Your data is kept for up to 3 years after our last contact. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing bonjour@bernardforever.fr.

Analytics is off by default. Only if you click “Accept analytics” do we load Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure page views and saved quote requests; until then no Google script, cookie or request is used. Google Analytics then sets first-party cookies (names starting with “_ga”). Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalization are disabled, and no form content, contact details or request identifier is sent to Google. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change or withdraw it at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawing stops measurement and removes those cookies. Refusing has no effect on using the site or the quote form.

A random submission identifier is temporarily stored in your browser session to prevent duplicate requests when you retry. Notification status and technical error codes are associated with each request. We count saved requests to measure quote conversions; no advertising tracker receives your contact details or project text. Submission limits use existing request timestamps and email addresses, without storing your IP address.
